No, you can't run the application on an Android tablet because it wasn't released to support this tablet. By default, the application is known to be compatible with Microsoft Windows (native .exe), Mac OS X (Java-based native .app), and any platform that supports Java 1.5 (.jar file). If you manage to install a Java emulator on the Android tablet, then it could be possible to launch the JAR file inside that emulator.
